The Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District

You’ve seen some homes and like what you’ve seen! Manalapan, New Jersey sure appears to be a great place to live, but what about the school system?

Manalapan Township is proud to offer an elementary school district with a tradition of excellence!

The mission of the Manalapan-Englishtown Regional School District is to continue our long tradition of excellence by providing our students with an education focused on their individual needs within a safe and innovative learning environment.

Manalapan schools continue to be recognized for excellence in education. Clark Mills and Wemrock Brook have been awarded National Blue Ribbon School status. Pine Brook, Taylor Mills, and Wemrock Brook have received Sustainable Jersey for Schools recognition. The district received the "Literacy for All Award" from the New Jersey Branch of the International Dyslexia Association and a principal was awarded the Exemplary Elementary Educator award by the NJ Department of Education.

There are a wide range of services to meet the needs of students. Counseling and nursing are available in all buildings. A Response to Intervention (RTI) initiative combined with Problem Solving Teams (PST) ensures all students receive the necessary academic support for them to be successful in a timely manner. A variety of supports and services are available for English Language Learnings and students with disabilities.

Manalapan Township has one Early Learning Center for Pre-k and Kindergarten, five elementary schools for Grades 1 - 5, one pre-middle school for Grade 6 and a middle school for Grades 7 & 8.  Manalapan High School is a part of the Freehold Regional High School District and Monmouth County Vocational School District which offers Manalapan students numerous options for their high school education.  Click for more information on Manalapan's high school options.
